Ski Patrol Management Software
PatrolSummit replaces the binders, spreadsheets, and email chains that eat up your week. Shift scheduling, cert tracking, incident reports, and roster management in one place. Built for NSP patrols, starting at $29/mo.
Built on real patrol operations at Nub's Nob Ski Area in Harbor Springs, MI
The problem
Tracking shifts, commitments, and cert expirations in Excel is tedious and error-prone. One bad formula and your season totals are wrong.
Paper sign-up sheets, carbon-copy incident forms, and three-ring binders full of cert records. It works until it doesn't.
When someone doesn't show up for a shift, you find out when coverage is already short. Commitments are hard to enforce when the data lives in your head.
What PatrolSummit does
Patrollers sign up for shifts themselves. You see coverage at a glance and know who's coming before the day starts.
OEC, AIARE, CPR, toboggan evals. Every expiration tracked, every renewal nudged. Your certs board runs itself.
Full patroller list with roles, statuses, contact info, and season history. No more digging through old emails.
Shift counts, commitment tracking, coverage analysis. Export to PDF or CSV for the resort or the region.
Who built this
PatrolSummit was built by Nick Fulton, an active NSP patroller at Nub's Nob in northern Michigan. He got tired of spending hours on admin work that should take minutes, so he built the tool he wished he had.
This isn't generic volunteer software with a ski theme. It's built around real NSP patrol workflows: shifts, certs, signoffs, incident reports, off-site events. It's been running in production at Nub's Nob since the 2024-25 season.
Starts at $29/mo. Let's set up 20 minutes and I'll show you the platform.
